I can’t believe it’s so hot now! It’s not even “summer” yet. I swear we skipped spring. Those paces look awesome for first speedwork post marathon. Way to pass the cute guy, too! I hope you enjoy your group run. Don’t be afraid to be Chatty Cathy. LOL.

Here in Northern Cal we don’t get much lightning so we’re nervous of it when it does happen. My friend Karen who grew up in one of those flat states, says “Meh, You’re unlikely to get hit and even if you do, you probably won’t die”. We were eyeing an approaching thunderstorm when she said this.
Good that you getting some quality running in Flo. I’m having a similar experience with wobbly paces but enjoying it anyway.
