We've had several unrelated things take place over the past few months here that have similarly helped us on the financial front in a time and place where we did not expect it-so I understand how good it feels to finally exhale in relief when these opportunities appear. Like the other sign on the bulletin board to the right of the door that has an arrow pointing to the stairs saying "Watch your step!". Gotta be for potential law suits because they're just...stairs.
