Both of which prompted me to look back at my old training journals and see what I was doing back in my marathon days (when I did all my training on the same lakefront path in Chicago that was featured in the movie : ) Matt - Flo can give you my email and you can bombard away...although you are all so well researched and connected through the forums I doubt I'll have much to share that you haven't already heard.
