I think I’m getting slower lately too because, like you, I’ve just been out there enjoying the miles and not getting any tough workouts in. But, unlike you, I still have a few things to prove so I better get my butt in gear.

Glad to hear that things are going well for you on the business front. It sounds like you have a lot of different, interesting things going on.

Oh, and the comment about the fleece cracks me up. My smelly wardrobe probably offends some wildlife around here…

The blah blah blah side of life is sounding fine. When we’ve been in the US watching the 57 channels our favourite ads were the drug ones, so maybe we heard you. Drug ads are not common down here – must be our communist (ah, I mean universal) health care.

You’ll come back quick. 74 k a week is well up the ladder.
