I'm glad that your absense from the forum hasn't been due to illness or injury, knock on wood. I echo your thoughts on over posting. But I've posted over 1000 since only September. Eek! While you feel self-conscious, please always remember how much you've helped some people, like me. :) This blog is the only personal web-site I have ever re-visited, (and I check it every day). I'm taking my Garmin to THE PARK, believe it or not, for it's first run and hope to make it 5.5 miles for a new best. I'll be thinking of you the entire time. What better motivation could I find??
