Though I admit, yesterday I fell off the wagon and it ran me over.
Oh well.
If I was a betting dog, I&#039;d say you&#039;re easily gonna go sub 1:45 and I dont think 1:39 is outa the question. (it would also qualify you for NYC)</description>

I think they may be right - I&#039;ll be able to attach a finite number to it once I begin speedwork again.  Congrats to you, btw, sounds like you&#039;ve lost about 14lbs already, right?  Have you noticed a big speed increase since beginning that?</description>

		<description>I remember reading an article somewhere that for every lb. that you lose you would gain 3 sec/mile. Don&#039;t know if that is true or not or at least acurate enough, but weight loss does make you go faster.
I think we are both looking forward to the benefits of that!</description>
