Newsletter FAQ
Q: Will your newsletter be smart and brainy like The Science Of Sport?
A: No way.
Q: Will it be full of informative training articles like Running Times?
A: Pffft
Q: Will it make me a stronger, faster runner?
A: Sure, when hell freezes over. Are you drunk?
Q: So what kind of content does it have?
A: Oh, a little running crap with lots of incongruous filler.
Q: Sounds great! Where can I sign up?
A: That form to the right that says Email Address and Sign Me Up! has potential, give it a go.

Who wouldn’t sign up for this, that’s what I want to know. Can’t wait for the first installment!! I’m literally on the edge of my seat. Sign me up!
ETA: Is the subscribe button working?
Bless you, my child.
The button, she is working! Maybe a page refresh will help? That would suck if you can’t sign up (I’ll do it manually if that’s the case)
Let me know if my subscription went through. If not, I’ll try again.
Okay, it went through. Just got the email.
Thanks Flo!
Omg what will you come up with next. Love it, love it, love it!!!!!!!
If my runs aren’t making me faster this cycle, at least they’re filling me with new ideas. (hope they’re making me faster, too)
Woot, can’t wait for my Floisms!
Oh sweetie, I’m thinking about you. Hope you’re doing ok with the prognosis (of course you’re not, who would?). May the weeks fly by and your foot become stronger than it ever was. Huge-ass hugs going your way and not stopping.
Oh great, now my inbox is really going to be overFLOwing!
Groooan.
Flo, newsletter #1 (103 links) is great! I saw a lot of my favorites on the list, but one you might want to add is gmap-pedometer.com- it’s similar to mapmyrun but with less advertising junk going on. I use it to measure distance on days when I don’t feel like having the Garmin chirping away at me. Plus you can have it display the elevation profile and use that info to calculate the % grade of any hills.
Thanks Kristin, I’ll put it in the next one. There are a few of those mappers to choose from so I just linked the most popular. Lol, I love how you called it a newsletter, looks like I’m over the first one hump. (I wish)
Such a great resource…gracias
Looking forward to learning more about heartrate training and Daniels stuff…..
Thanks Sarah, and thanks a million for signing up!
