Jack Daniel has said that if you run a race in a particular tie you ran the race in a particular time (25 mph tailwinds excepted). You are capable of doing it. It’s no fluke.

I’m with Joe — that pacing says it all. You were running well, not over- or underdoing it. Breaking 45 is a major milestone. I hope you bask in the glory for a few days at least.

Congratulations on the AG #1 award too. I see many more of these in your future.
