Happy Run-iversary!

I didn’t write it down, but I think my first day went something like this:

Brisk 5 minute walk.
Run 40 yards.
Double over.
Stumble in zigzag pattern 70 yards, trying to catch breath.
Look for water bottle.

I’m pretty sure it was something like that.

Hey Progman, at our club we still use the tear-off tag method. Chip systems are expensive and we only charge $5. We always have to explain to runners to leave it in place, and not to pin the tear-off part. You are not alone in the doh! department.
