I kept finding these little wormy things on our walls, ceiling, etc. DISGUSTING! I forget what the culprit was, but I believe it was some oatmeal or pasta. I'm a lurker coming out of the woodwork to hopefully help you with this. I had these last summer and they drove me crazy. It was the idea of the bugs infiltrating my food that really icked me out. My bug guy gave me <a href="http://www.pestproductsonline.com/products/PT4_ALLURE_INSECT_TRAP-192-0.html" rel="nofollow">these</a> and they've worked pretty well. He gave me three and I've only used two. Saving one for this past week when the unopened larvae finally opened.
