Because we have eyes. Beauty isn’t an inherently bad (or even shallow) thing. We crave nice looking cars, websites, buildings (thankfully), etc.

For me, the issue is when we try to standardize it.

I’ve also found that balance is more important than symmetry.

I am feeling snarky lately, so I will just throw it out there. Why is everyone in this world so obsessed w/ looks? My gosh, it drives me absolutely batty.
