Thanks a zillion for the seeding advice, I didn&#039;t even know there were signs for pace, so that helps a trillion.  I feel way better about it just knowing that.

Totally agreed, your blazing fast Half on Sunday (the boy did a 1:32!) definitely qualifies as speed for the week.  I&#039;m proud of you for not tacking on an extra speed workout - I know how you love to push yourself. :D

Funny about the socks, they must have had 10 crates of them made last year and still have leftovers.</description>

My  advice about the  clusterfuck  start  ( which  it definitely IS)  is to  line up  VERY AGRESSIVELY.  If you are planning  on running 8  minute  miles line  up  closer  to the 7 minute  mile sign. It will make a huge difference believe me.  If you get pulled out  too fast (  which inevitably WILL happen on such a fast  course)  just reign it in a little after the first  mile. 

So glad to hear your ankle is feeling much better!  Here&#039;s hoping it  doesnt  ever trouble you again!! :)

That  speed  workout sounds great!  If i wasnt  just xoming off my  hard run 1/2  marathon I  would definitely  try that this week.  No need though  as my  1/2 was  my speedwork and this week  is all about recovery!

Can&#039;t wait to hang  with  you  and Lara  at the  FE dinner and talk &#039;shop&#039; :)


I wish they  gave us something different besides socks. I got socks  last year too.  Oh well.
