		<description>Glad I&#039;m not the only McMillan &quot;cheater&quot;. :D  Yeah, I think I&#039;ll do the 10K, it&#039;ll be fun and happily, we don&#039;t have to cross a big ole bridge to do it!  And you&#039;re right, I&#039;ll try and behave with my running this week, just hope it comes back sooner rather than later, it was pretty humbling today.</description>

And don&#039;t  get me started about McMillan&#039;s recommended &#039;easy&#039;  or &#039;long run&#039;  paces.  LOL  I  always run  them way too  fast  (  except today  but thats another story  for another time).  Glad to know in  good company there!

So your actually thinking of running  the 10K  with  us ?  GREAT!  No pressure    :)

Seriously,  if you do decide  to do it,  just run it as  a tempo run and see how things  feel.  No  pushing  this coming week!  There&#039;s plenty of time for that soon enough.</description>
