Robert, I don't usually take days off at all, when you see them in my schedule it's because I really needed it. Had to take 2 last month.

Those are some big numbers. Nice work! You have a lot more variance in your weekly routines (which day your off day is, etc.) than I do. Is that intentional? Or just the way it happened because of non-running plans?

Ewen, wondered if anyone would notice that about no warmup/cool down listed. First off, I never do cooldowns after races, I always say that's my present to myself after a race...I get to stop running. The warmup that day was short, about 1/2 mile and I didn't log it on the Garmin.

I really enjoyed that blog post of yours with the "should I go left or right" question. It's like life.

Christi, I'm so happy for you!! Your hard work is paying off in spades. You are too sweet with the compliments, thank you a million times over, that warms my cockles like nothing else could (well, some other things can, but not quite in the same way). :)

Jim, you cutie. You beat me on mileage so I respectfully bow to your greatness. You know you could probably install the comment editing plugin on your site if you wanted (though not sure since it's not self-hosted), it's this thing.

Mir, congrats on your mileage too, babydoll, you beat me by .9, lol. Great job! A fabulous October to you too.

Good to see your back from the dumps, down in them that is. You had a great month. I sense October will be stellar.
